| Job Description : | ? Client needs에 맞는 digital 시장/환경 분석 및 마케팅 계획 수립/제안 ? Digital analyst, creative 및 연관 부서와의 협업을 통한 캠페인 진행 ? Motivated marketing professional who wants to make a global impact to work with top companies and organizations in order to create integrated, multi-platform marketing and product solutions. The Digital Marketing Strategist will provide thought leadership, strategic, tactical, and analytic and user insights direction for client digital marketing initiatives ? Ensures a strategic focus throughout the entire lifecycle of a project ? Identifies opportunities and partners on organic and new business initiatives across the digital space (search, social media, mobile and emerging technology) ? Defines estimates for large scale projects ? Keeps up-to-date with technology and emerging online trends ? Periodically reviews works in progress to ensure projects are in line with objectives ? Defines high-level scope of projects ? Mentors, guides and supports digital staff ? Oversees work of digital staff members ? Integrates and combines best practices from direct marketing, promotional marketing and CRM and taps into specialists in those disciplines to provide sound strategic planning for highly-effective, fully-integrated online / offline campaigns. ? Finds opportunities to keep the rest of the agency current on the latest digital marketing trends ? Balances analytical thinking and approaches with creative thinking and long-term vision |
| Job Requirements : | ? Korean & English available (영어 가능하신분 선호) ? Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree desired ? At least 5 years digital strategy experience in an interactive agency or innovation group ? Strong knowledge of industry research, planning and media reporting tools ? Proven success delivering digital programs and cross-channel integrated product experiments ? Understanding of digital marketing and product experiences ? Experience with creative or technical development of digital media, web-based solutions, technology and emerging media |
