| Job Description : | ? Manage development and execution of digital marketing programs ? The ideal candidate will have experience in, and understanding of, effective online marketing communication strategies and tactics. Direct experience managing CRM, Social Media, web or mobile campaigns is a definite plus ? Candidates will have a blend of project management, creative management and client services skills and a strong working knowledge of the technical underpinnings of today’s online marketing landscape ? Candidates will need to demonstrate a track record of outstanding client service, continued revenue growth and exceptional work produced at every level ? Candidates will be ready to accept responsibility for the day-to-day supervision and growth of multiple accounts working any level of client contacts ? The account executive is responsible for managing the day-to-day workflow of the accounts to which he/she is assigned. This position is both client-facing and internally accountable ? The AE will be responsible for managing the flow of all creative and production work through the various resources available |
| Job Requirements : | ? Korean & English available (영어 가능하신분 선호) (Agency experience is a big plus) ? BA/BS; marketing a plus ? Ideal candidate has experience in multiple facets on the marketing mix (Experiential, consumer promotion, digital, advertising, etc.) ? Innovative ? identifies obstacles in advance and reacts with recommendations ? Ideal candidate is very familiar with digital marketing industry ? Track record of success in program evaluation and analysis ? Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and self-manage commitments. ?
