Job Description : | - Works closely with management in the implementation of policies related to human resource, organizational and employee development at the business unit - Assists senior management in the development of HR solutions through organizational development, and cultural and process-oriented perspectives - Responsible for coaching and developing the expertise and skill set of the HR team members to ensure their success - Acts as the voice of employees and with the individual managers - Responsible for managing employee relations programs including, but not limited to, employee counseling, interpretation of policies - Responsible for a variety of activities in human resource administration. Advises company management in HR policy and program matters, making or recommending appropriate decisions. - Counsels employees concerning work-related problems and conducts termination - Develops, designs and implements C & B programs through benchmarking with best practices in the market - Manages and supports full spectrum of site C&B programs - Participates, supports and implements global C&B programs - Reviews and approves translated content against English-language equivalent policy content published on Global HR Policies website - Reviews and approves translated content as entered into local policy website templates (within Vignette workflow) |
Job Requirements : | - HR 전문적인 업무 10년 이상 - HRM 관련 학과 학사 이상 - 한국어와 영어 능통자 |
